Delissen Martens is a medium-sized law firm in The Hague. At Delissen Martens we want to be legal experts of the 21st century. We do so by way of our Holistic Practice Hub. In this movement we deal with conflicts in a completely new way by working together on an interdisciplinary level. We focus on finding solutions for all the persons/parties involved. Without going to court, with respect for each other and by focussing on the whole.
Why a holistic approach?
By thinking in terms of winning or losing, right or wrong, a lasting solution will usually not be reached. The legal process is only part of the conflict. The holistic approach seeks to consider the problem as a whole, taking account of the spirit, the body, the soul and the heart.
Change is really necessary! How? In the Hub, of course!
The HUB is a place where environmentally-conscious or “green” lawyers work together. It is also a place where persons seeking justice can find help and can meet one another. We at Delissen Martens do not believe in following one course of action: we prefer the green approach, i.e. resolving a conflict through discussions, consultation and with sympathy for the relational side of the case. Sometimes, the red approach is unavoidable, in that case we will go to court. However, the fundamental attitude will always remain positive. The HUB forms an integral part of Delissen Martens.
