Einstein and Holism

Einstein said: you cannot solve problems with the same mindset that created them. It may be a solution to look outside the usual comfort zone and in addition to the ordinary energy forms also to include the special energy forms in your approach, considerations and decision-making.

We are all one with the universe. Everything is energy. Holistic approaches do not only affect your physical body but also the mental, spiritual and emotional parts. These are inextricably linked with another. According to Einstein’s paradigm, in terms of energetic medical science, human beings are seen as networks of complex energy fields which are connected through physical and cell systems. The recognition of the fact that all matter is made of energy constitutes the basis for understanding how human beings may be regarded as dynamic, energetic systems. By the famous equation E=Mc2, Einstein provided the evidence that energy and matter are two forms of expression of the same universal substance.

E=Mc2

Seen from a person’s perspective, matter is a condensed form of light. In other words, Albert Einstein wrote down a formula: E=Mc2 (as energy, so matter, but in a different form) which is a physical representation of the ancient statement of Hermes Trismegistus: “as above, so below”.

As above, so below à E=Mc2 à radiation – substance à heaven – earth

Einstein sees the body as a multidimensional organism composed of physical cellular systems in a dynamic interaction with complex regulating and energetic fields. The holographic principle states that each part of the information contains the whole. This principle is reflected in the fact that each cell in the human body contains the umbrella DNA blueprint for the creation of a complete human being.

The holistic approach may be characterized as an analogy in all layers and at all levels. Each disturbance is approached from the whole entity. The healing process is a consciousness-raising process, in which it concerns the total harmony and balance of a human being. The key element is not one symptom, but the focus is on the person as a whole.

A human being is a part of a whole, called by its universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest… a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty.
