Training course to become a holistic lawyer or holistic practitioner
The training course to become a Holistic Lawyer takes 1 year. After having passed the training course, the participant will be added to the HUB HP (Holistic Practice). Persons seeking justice and other professionals will then be able to find you via this website. The aim is that all HP practitioners will meet in the HUB, that they will work together and share knowledge. Reflection on your own behaviour, your filter, are items to be addressed during the training.
For whom?
Professionals who have an affinity with the holistic approach in their professional practice may register for this training course. These can be legal experts, physicians, psychologists, mediators or other service providers. A requirement for registration is that you have attended the workshop.
Some work experience (at least 5 years) is preferred.
What are you going to learn in the training course?
After having attended the workshop, you may register for the 1 year’s HL/HP training, which is an extension course, whereby your role as a professional in a conflict will be discussed in a broader context, how you as a professional of the 21st century can attune to the practice of the future and the manner in which you can incorporate holistic practice in your own practice.
Holistic Law can be described as a legal practice whereby the law is seen as a healing profession. We see beyond the presented problem, it is about the impact of soul, body, heart and spirit in order to solve the origin of the dispute. The focus is on the person as a whole, seen in the full context.
In the training attention is devoted to the following themes:
- Apart from the conflict in a legal sense, what is also significant in this case?
- Social and emotional development of the professional (intervision, mindfulness, compassion, and resilience).
- Healthy relationships, balance and well-being of yourself and the clients.
- What do you need as a professional to be a trusted adviser for your clients?
- How do I put holistic practice into practice? The power of choice.
- The Integrative Law Movement; fit in on an international level with the movement of the 21st century.
- Now to work: Think at the end, visualize yourself as a holistic practitioner.
